Plush Supply For Amazon Sellers

From choosing a product or developing your own design, to sample testing coordination, labels, packing and a replenishment plan that matches how you actually sell.

Two Ways To Start

Neither route assumes you already know the product. What changes is who decides the design, and how long approval takes.

  • I Am Still Choosing A Product

For sellers without a fixed product line. You get a shortlist of styles with a sheet you can take into your own demand and competition research: name, size, weight and the price basis. Every style is made to order, so the sheet describes a sample and a production option, not ready stock.

  • I Have A Brand Or A Custom Idea

For sellers with a mascot, a character or a private-label range. You approve a sample before production, and testing, labels and packing follow the design you approved. Development has its own approval points, so it does not run on the same clock as a production order built from a reference sample.

What We Need To Start A Useful Conversation

Five inputs are enough to answer with something specific. Unknown answers are allowed.

  • Marketplace and destination countryDecides label language, the test scope to discuss and the shipping documents. If you sell in several marketplaces, start with the first one.
  • Reference samples, custom development, or not decidedTells us whether to send a shortlist or open a design file. Not decided is a normal answer and usually leads to the shortlist first.
  • Product directionAn animal, a character, a pillow, a keychain, or a price band you want to work in. A reference link is useful; it does not need to be your own design.
  • First order quantity or budget rangeRough is fine. It decides whether the first shipment is carton-scale or a production run, and which freight split makes sense.
  • Launch or restock dateThe date decides whether air, sea or a split is realistic. A date that is already tight is better raised early than discovered at packing.

Size and weight are asked early because they drive carton count and freight. A target retail price is a planning input, not a margin promise.

From Product Shortlist To Repeat Orders

Six steps where sellers usually lose time, and what we do at each one.

  • A Candidate Sheet Instead Of A Blind Search

If you have no product line yet, the shortlist comes with name, size, weight and price basis, so your demand and competition check runs on real options rather than guesses. Each style is then confirmed as a reference sample and a production option before you commit.

  • Samples And Testing Coordinated In One Thread

The sample and the test booking are arranged together with the testing company, and the report comes back through us. The laboratory issues the report; you and your compliance contact confirm it covers your product and marketplace.

  • Design workroom with paper patterns and a cutting table used to develop plush samples

    A Sample Approved Before Production

For brand and mascot work the sample is the approval point: measurements, colours and attachments are signed off before bulk. Revisions stop at the agreed approval so production does not inherit an open question.

  • Illustrative plush shipping carton with style, quantity, destination and carton-mark fields to confirm

Labels And Packing Planned With The Order

Product label, poly bag, carton marks and the receiving details your channel asks for. An instruction insert can be discussed as part of the project. You supply the marketplace requirements and the label content you are responsible for.

  • First Shipment By Air, Balance By Sea

A small air shipment gets stock in while the balance moves by sea. The split is agreed per order: air costs more per kilo, sea needs more lead time, and neither is a fixed number of days.

  • Replenishment Reviewed Against Your Sales

You share sales and stock figures and the lead time you have confirmed; we review them with you and flag when the next order has to be placed so the sea option still fits. The ordering decision stays with you.

Two Routes, Step By Step

The reference-sample route adds a small market test before the repeat order; the custom route runs on sample approvals. The steps are numbered separately.

  1. Reference Route 01 — Shortlist And Research

Input: marketplace, price band and product direction. Output: a candidate list with name, size, weight and price basis, so you can check demand and competition yourself.

  2. Reference Route 02 — Style, Sample And Documents

Input: the style you chose and the market it sells in. Output: the reference sample and production option confirmed for that style, a sample sent, and the test booking agreed with the testing company for the scope you confirm.

  3. Reference Route 03 — First Custom Batch Produced

Input: confirmed style, first quantity, and your label and packing requirements. Output: the first batch packed and a shipping plan for it, by air or sea depending on the date.

  4. Reference Route 04 — Small Market Test

Input: your first custom batch on hand and your listing ready. Output: you run a small trial within your own fulfilment capacity while we hold the replenishment option open. No trial length or sales threshold is set here.

  5. Reference Route 05 — Repeat Order And Replenishment

Input: the sales and remaining stock you share, and the lead time confirmed for the route. Output: an air and sea split for the next order, reviewed again before the order after that.

  6. Custom 01 — Brief And Design File

Input: brand goal, artwork or mascot you hold rights to, size, use, quantity and budget. Output: a development brief and a quoted sampling scope.

  7. Custom 02 — Sample Rounds And Approval

Input: your comments on each sample. Output: an approved sample. Revisions stop at the approval point so production does not inherit an open question.

  8. Custom 03 — Testing And Production

Input: the approved sample, the test scope for your market and the final label content. Output: a production slot and a test booking, with the testing and document milestones confirmed together with the laboratory’s schedule.

  9. Custom 04 — Labels, Packing And First Shipment

Input: label artwork, carton marks and receiving details. Output: packed cartons and a shipping plan. An air-first split can be discussed where the launch date needs it.

A Closer Look At Your Production And Packing

Process references from finishing, pattern development, inspection and dispatch.

  • Operator passing plush toys through a conveyor-mounted inspection unit before packing

Inline check on the conveyor before packing — a process reference, not a laboratory test report.

  • Operators hand finishing and bagging printed plush toys at a worktable

Hand finishing and bagging before packing, shown as a production reference.

  • Stacked shipping cartons in a dispatch area

  • A reserved slot for a label and carton-mark example; the artwork is agreed per shipment.

Questions Sellers Ask Before Starting

I Don’t Know What To Sell Yet. Can We Still Start?

Yes. That is the reference-sample route: you get a shortlist with size, weight and price basis to research, and the reference sample and production option are confirmed per style before you commit to an order.

Should I Choose A Reference Sample Or My Own Design?

A reference sample if you want to start from a form we already make, then customise it for your project

Who Confirms Testing, And Who Pays For It?

Testing is booked with a testing company. Sample and test costs are quoted for the actual scope and paid by you. The laboratory issues the report; you and your compliance contact confirm it covers your product and marketplace. We do not certify products ourselves.

Do You Handle Amazon Labels And Shipping?

We prepare product labels, carton marks and packing to the requirements you provide, and arrange the shipment. Your Seller Central account and listing stay with you.

Can The First Batch Go By Air And The Rest By Sea?

Yes, that split is usual when stock is needed before sea freight arrives. Quantities are agreed per order against your sales and the sea lead time; no fixed transit time is promised.

What Do You Need From Me To Quote?

Marketplace and country, reference-sample customization or original-design development (or undecided), product direction, a first quantity or budget range, and a launch or restock date. Full artwork is not needed to start; for custom work you need the rights to what you send.
