About Orui Toys

Orui Toys is a plush development and manufacturing business in Dongguan, China. The company develops custom plush from a buyer’s artwork or physical sample and manages pattern making, sampling, production, inspection and delivery.

What This Page Tells You

This page covers who the company is, where it works from, which operations it performs itself and which come from controlled partners.

It is written for a buyer who has to justify a supplier internally: a brand owner, importer, retailer or sourcing agent who needs the legal entity, the operating model and the boundary of the company’s own capability before starting a development.

It is not a certificate wall and it is not a capacity claim. Where a figure or a certification could not be verified, this page does not publish it. The quality and testing pages explain how compliance is handled per project instead.

The distinction that matters most is between work coordinated by Orui Toys and work performed by partner workshops. Both are part of delivery, but only one is company-owned production.

The registered Chinese name appears on the company’s own signage and documents; this English page states the English legal name only. Headcount and floor area are deliberately omitted: the company’s own answers and its public marketplace profile give different figures, and the site does not publish a number it cannot reconcile.

How The Work Is Organised

A custom plush passes through several hands. This is the split between work Orui Toys coordinates directly and work carried out by partner workshops.

Operation Ownership And Coordination
Decision PointWhat To ConfirmWhy It Matters
Requirement Assessment And Pattern MakingHandled by the Orui Toys team, including structural advice and the questions a drawing cannot answer.Decides whether a design is buildable and what the sample will be measured against.
Sampling And RevisionCoordinated in house; the sample is built, photographed and revised against the agreed comment list. The approved sample becomes the production reference, so this step carries the quality baseline.
Purchasing And Production OrganisationFabric, filling, components and production scheduling are organised by Orui Toys.Material choice and lead time are controlled here rather than at the sewing stage.
Embroidery, Printing And Part Of SewingPerformed by controlled partner workshops selected and coordinated by Orui Toys. This is why the site does not describe every machine as company-owned, and why inspection covers incoming partner work.
Quality Control And DeliveryIn-process and final inspection are organised in house, with customer or third-party inspection accepted; export documents are coordinated by the in-house trade team.Delivery responsibility stays with Orui Toys even where an operation is outsourced.

How We Approach A Project

Three things shape the working method, and each one can be checked against the process pages rather than taken on trust.

Development starts from what the buyer actually has. A drawing, a reference photo, a physical sample or an existing pattern are all workable starting points, and the first job is to identify what the file does not yet say: the side construction, the depth, the way a limb attaches, the colour standard. Those questions are raised before patterning, not after a sample is rejected.

Manufacturing is organised around the product rather than a single fixed line. Sewing, filling, cutting, laser cutting and packing are coordinated on site, while embroidery, printing and part of sewing come from partner workshops that Orui Toys selects, samples and inspects. That structure is what allows different product types to be developed without claiming every process is in-house.

Compliance is treated as a project decision. The target market, age group and intended use determine which tests apply, and testing is arranged with a third-party laboratory against that scope. No factory-wide certificate is presented as covering every product, because a report applies to the sample and specification it was issued for.

Design Material, Display Permission And Confidentiality

Design files are shared for quoting, sampling and production. If you need an NDA, a defined access scope, or a limit on showing the design, raise it before sending files; the terms we can accept are confirmed in writing before sensitive material is exchanged.
