Project Evidence

Case Studies

Nine buyer reviews and one sample reference are published here. No full project case study is published yet: a case study needs a client’s records and written permission, and we do not have both for a specific project. This page shows what is verified rather than assembling a project story from product photographs.

What Is Published Here, And What Is Not

Three kinds of evidence get mixed together on manufacturer websites when a plush case study is assembled from product photographs. Buyer feedback is what customers said. A sample reference is a piece we made. A case study is a documented project with a brief, decisions, evidence and a result. This page keeps them apart and tells you which one you are looking at.

  • Buyer feedback. Nine reviews from our storefront, reproduced with the masked buyer name, the country and the date exactly as the platform shows them. Quotes are not corrected or shortened beyond the truncation the platform applied.
  • Sample references. Workshop photographs of plush samples. They show what a finished piece looks like; they do not identify a client, an order size or a delivery result.
  • Full project case studies. None are published yet. A case study needs records from the project and written permission from the client, and neither is available for a specific project today.

A product photograph is not a case study, and an entry in an internal questionnaire is not a completed project. Where the evidence does not exist, this page says so instead of filling the gap with a plausible story.

Verified Buyer Feedback

Nine reviews, reproduced as they appear on our storefront. Buyer names are masked by the platform, and dates are shown as displayed. Where the platform cut a quote short, the cut is kept as […]; one of the nine carries that marker.

Storefront Review

I had a great experience working with this supplier. They were very patient throughout the entire sampling process and carefully made every revision I requested. Communication was always friendly and professional, and they genuinely cared about getting the product right. The final plush turned out adorable, and the overall quality exceeded my expectations. Even when we encountered challenges, they actively looked for solutions instead of giving […]

What The Reviews Show, And What They Do Not

The reviews describe sampling revisions, communication, the condition of goods on arrival, the quality of a sample and repeat ordering. They do not state order sizes, prices, lead times or measured defect rates, so this page does not turn them into those numbers.

Sample References

A sample reference is a piece, not a project. The showroom holds plush samples across characters, plush bags, pillows, keychains and hand puppets. They show construction, finishing and scale. They carry no client name, quantity, date or result.

If a comparable sample would help you judge construction or finishing, ask. Where one exists, we can describe how it is built and, under NDA, share process material with client details removed. We do not share a client’s identity or files without their permission.

What A Full Case Study Would Contain

A case study is only worth reading if it can be checked. When a project is published here, it will carry five parts, each tied to a record rather than a memory.

  • The brief and the constraints. What the buyer needed, the market and age group, the deadline and what could not change.
  • The decisions. Pattern, materials, construction and decoration choices, including the options that were rejected and why.
  • The evidence. Sample versions, the approved sample record, inspection records and the test scope where testing applied.
  • The outcome that can be verified. Delivery against the agreed schedule, reorders, or a documented correction, stated in the terms the records support.
  • The permission. Written approval from the client, with anonymisation agreed where the product cannot be shown.

That standard is the reason this page is short. A story assembled from product photographs would be longer and worth less.

What We Do Not Publish

The absence of a name is deliberate. These are the things that stay off the page, even when they would make a case study more persuasive.

  • Client names, logos and brand assets without written permission.
  • Order values, quantities and commercial terms.
  • Unreleased designs and artwork the client has not shown publicly.
  • Quotes edited for grammar or tone: buyer words stay as written, including truncation.
  • Timelines and results that no record supports.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are These Real Projects?

The reviews are real buyer feedback from our storefront, reproduced with masked names. The photographs in the sample section are samples made in our workshop. No full project case study is published yet.

Why Is There No Case Study Yet?

A case study needs the records of a specific project and written permission from that client. We do not have both, so we do not publish one. The alternative, dressing product photographs up as a project story, would misrepresent the evidence.

Can I See A Similar Project?

Ask, and describe the product and the question you need answered. Where a comparable sample exists we can describe its construction; under NDA we can share process material with client details removed. We do not share client identities or files without permission.

Who Wrote These Reviews?

Buyers who reviewed us on our storefront. The platform masks the names, and we publish the masked form together with the country and, where shown, the date. We do not add a company name, a project size or a product claim that the review does not contain.

Do These Reviews Predict My Result?

No. They describe individual experiences with sampling, communication, delivery condition and quality. Your project is quoted and sampled against its own specification, and the schedule is confirmed once the sample, order, deposit and materials are fixed.

Why Are Some Dates Missing?

Dates are shown as the platform displays them. Where a review carries no date, none is invented, and where the platform truncated a quote, the cut is marked with […].
