A dessert range works when each piece is instantly recognisable but the set still feels related. We develop the individual shapes from your artwork, agree which elements are appliqué or embroidery, and confirm the hanging position and any small hand-held accessory per character. The samples shown illustrate this service; the final mix, sizes and packaging follow your brief.

Each dessert keeps its own outline, whether domed, ring-shaped or stacked, while the series shares one charm size.
Icing, sprinkles and waffle textures are the design work: we agree which are fabric layers and which are embroidered.
The small hand-held accessory shown on each character needs its own fixing, so it is agreed per shape on the sample. A series like this is bought as a set, so send the dessert list you have in mind and we will propose which shapes can share a body and which need their own pattern.

- Character build. Six dessert silhouettes kept on one charm size, with appliqué icing and a per-character accessory fixing.
- Materials and trims. Fabric, fill feel, standard eyes, garments, keyrings and labels matched; sounders assessed per project.
- Sample approval. Revision rounds, measured size and hand-feel checked with you before production.
Factory Strength
Manufacturing is coordinated from Dongguan, with partner steps named and one team accountable for the order.
- Dongguan coordination. One team plans the order; cutting, embroidery, sewing, filling, shaping and packing follow the approved sample.
- Agreed quality points. Appearance, colour, seams, fill, size and labels checked to the plan agreed for your project.
- Test coordination. CE, EN71, ASTM F963 or CPSIA arranged with a lab you accept, by product, age and market.
