Request A Quote For Custom Plush

Describe the product you want developed so the team can judge feasibility, sampling route and cost drivers. The more of the brief you can supply, the more specific the answer will be.

What This Page Is For

This page collects a custom plush development brief. It is not an online shop, and it does not produce an instant price.

Use it when you have a character, mascot, animal, doll, keychain, bag, cushion or promotional item to develop, and you want a quotation based on the actual specification rather than a catalogue price.

Price depends on size, structure, sewing time, fabric and colour minimums, embroidery or print area, accessories, packing, testing and quantity split. Two projects with the same picture can cost very differently, so the brief asks for the factors that move the number.

If you are not ready to describe a product yet, the contact page is the better route. If you need a technical checklist for the artwork itself, the artwork and brief checklist lists exactly what a pattern maker needs to see.

A brief with gaps can still be assessed for feasibility. It cannot produce a final quotation, because unreserved assumptions would become the basis of the price.

What Happens After You Send

  1. We read the brief and reply with what is missing, if anything.
  2. You get a scoped answer: sample route, options, and what a quotation will cover.
  3. If the project fits, sampling or production is quoted for the scope; custom orders start from 1 piece with no ready stock.
  4. Approval of the sample releases production; labels, packing and shipping are confirmed before dispatch.

Project Brief Preview

This is a preview of the project brief. The fields below show what a complete enquiry contains; they are inactive on this draft page and nothing is transmitted or stored.

Preview only. This form is disabled: no message is sent, no file is uploaded and no confirmation is shown.

Contact and project information
File upload is unavailable in this preview. A future version will accept drawings, reference photos and tech packs.

Project information is used to assess and quote the enquiry. A privacy notice will be linked here once the receiving process and its data handling are confirmed.

Before You Send A Brief

These are the items the team checks first. Anything you cannot answer yet can be marked as open rather than estimated.

  • Design statusDrawing, concept art, reference photo, physical sample or existing pattern. Front, side and back views remove most of the follow-up questions; a single front view can be assessed but will need clarification.
  • Size and structureFinished height, width and depth, plus any fixed proportion such as head-to-body ratio. State whether the piece sits, stands or hangs.
  • Material and colour intentPreferred fabric feel, pile length and filling softness, plus Pantone references or a physical colour standard. Screen colour alone is not a reliable match.
  • Quantity and splitTotal quantity, number of styles and colours, and whether they ship together. Fabric colour minimums and separate patterns affect cost, material purchasing and timing; the quantity you ask for can start from 1 piece.
  • Market, age and testingCountry of sale, intended age group and whether the item is sold as a toy, a collectible, a promotional gift or a pet product. This decides which standards apply.
  • Rights and timingConfirm you hold or license the character and logo rights, and give the date you need goods in hand rather than the date you would like to order.

Two items can usually stay open at first contact: the exact packing format and the final test list. Both depend on the market and the finished construction.

What Happens After A Real Submission

This draft page has no receiving mailbox or CRM connection, so no submission is possible yet. Nothing entered here reaches Orui Toys.

When the receiving process is implemented and tested, a submitted brief is intended to reach the sales team for a completeness check, then move to a joint review by sales, pattern making and production before a quotation is issued.

That sequence is a plan, not a live service. Until the form is connected and tested, enquiries should go through the published email address or the project discussion route on the contact page.

No automated acknowledgement, response-time promise or upload handling is claimed on this page, because none of those has been implemented or verified.

Other Ways To Reach Us

If the brief is not the right fit yet, these pages cover the adjacent tasks.

The artwork checklist is the most useful page to open before filling a brief, because it lists the views and dimensions a pattern maker needs.
