A squirrel charm is mostly tail. We develop the body and the tail from your artwork, agree how the tail sits when the piece hangs, and fit the garment so it does not distort the shape. The squirrel shown illustrates this service; size, fabric and packing follow your project brief.

The tail carries the weight and the silhouette, so we agree its curl and attachment to keep the charm hanging level.
The overalls are a separate pattern; the bib, straps and leg openings are fitted to the body on the sample.
The face sits close to the tail, so eye and ear placement are checked together with the hanging point. Garment and tail are what make this character readable at charm size, so send your artwork and the garment idea and we will confirm the tail balance and fit on a sample.

- Character build. Tail weight and curl balanced against a separate overall pattern, so the charm hangs level and the character keeps its shape.
- Materials and trims. Fabric, fill feel, standard eyes, garments, keyrings and labels matched; sounders assessed per project.
- Sample approval. Revision rounds, measured size and hand-feel checked with you before production.
