Product Details

This donkey sample sits rather than stands, which keeps the long ears and the mane inside one clear silhouette. The head is large relative to the body and the legs are short, so the plush reads well from the front and from the side. Dimensions, materials and packing follow your project brief.

The ears carry the recognition. They are tall, slightly flared and lined in a contrasting pink, and keeping them upright in plush is the question the sample answers: how much body each ear needs and how the lining sits inside the outer edge.

The reference sits with the hind legs folded and the body low. Sampling confirms whether the finished plush holds that pose unaided or needs a shaped underside, and where the mane strip meets the tail tuft at the back.

The palette is deliberately narrow: grey body, cream muzzle, pink ear lining and a blue neckerchief with a heart badge. Colour references are matched to physical swatches, and the heart position is confirmed on the sample so it stays centred once the knot is tied.

The image set runs from a design board that compares 2D artwork with a 3D render, through a plain three-view, to a model holding the sample and a workbench scene with sketches and swatches. They are design references for the character, not photographs of a delivered order. Certification marks printed on the boards are marketing artwork, not test evidence.

    Development Capabilities

Your reference becomes a sample you can approve, with the character details settled before anything is sewn.

    1. Starting points. Drawing, three-view, photo, 3D render or physical sample; a 3D render still needs a pattern.
    2. Character build. Long ears, seated pose and mane strip reviewed on the sample, with the ear lining and heart badge placed against the reference.
    3. Materials and trims. Fabric, fill feel, standard eyes, garments, keyrings and labels matched; sounders assessed per project.
    4. Sample approval. Revision rounds, measured size and hand-feel checked with you before production.
