This cow sample is an upright athlete: a large head with horns and a forelock, a short torso in jersey and shorts, and spotted arms and legs. The patch layout is what makes the character recognisable, so it is settled before the kit is reviewed. Dimensions, materials and packing follow your project brief.

The black patches are the main design decision. Whether each patch is applied as separate fabric or produced as a printed panel changes the edge, the pile break and the cost, so the sample is where the outlines around the eye, ear and shoulder are settled.
The kit reads as three elements: jersey, shorts and headband. The jersey carries the chest print, the shorts take a side stripe and the headband sits over the forelock, so the sample fixes the proportions and how the pieces meet at the neck and waist.
Footwear is the smallest repeated shape and the easiest to get wrong at scale. The sneakers are checked on the sample for shape once the legs are filled, and the chest print is checked for flatness and position under the jersey.
The image set runs from a design board that compares 2D artwork with a 3D render, through a workbench scene with swatches and sketches, to a plain three-view and a model holding the sample. They are design references for the character, not photographs of a delivered order. The Orui Toys chest print on the sample is a placeholder for your own mark, and the logos on the boards are marketing artwork, not test evidence.
