Create a team or brand mascot in plush from your approved character artwork. We develop the body shape, mane construction, clothing and badge placement with you, then review the sample before production. This lion illustrates the service; colours, dimensions, materials and packing are tailored to your project.

The mane gives the head its volume. During sampling we confirm its depth and how it frames the muzzle, since that is what keeps the face readable from the front.
The kit – jersey, shorts and boots – is drafted to fit the finished body. The chest area is confirmed for badge printing or embroidery on the sample.
The muzzle and the boot trim are checked against your artwork on the first sample before any bulk run.
The design board compares 2D artwork with a sewn sample; the other images are studio and desk scenes. All of them are design references, not photographs of a delivered order.

Development Capabilities
Your reference becomes a sample you can approve, with the character details settled before anything is sewn.
- Starting points. Drawing, three-view, photo, 3D render or physical sample; a 3D render still needs a pattern.
- Character build. Mane layers, muzzle proportion and the blue kit with a badge area set in the pattern before sampling.
- Materials and trims. Fabric, fill feel, standard eyes, garments, keyrings and labels matched; sounders assessed per project.
- Sample approval. Revision rounds, measured size and hand-feel checked with you before production.
Factory Strength
Manufacturing is coordinated from Dongguan, with partner steps named and one team accountable for the order.
- Dongguan coordination. One team plans the order; cutting, embroidery, sewing, filling, shaping and packing follow the approved sample.

- Test coordination. CE, EN71, ASTM F963 or CPSIA arranged with a lab you accept, by product, age and market.
