This kids’ backpack is developed as a soft shell with a rabbit panel attached at the front, so the character stays visible when the bag is on a child’s back. We work through the shell size, the ear drop and stiffness, the bow placement and the harness before sampling, because those choices decide whether the bag sits well and whether the rabbit still reads from a distance. Send your sketch or a reference piece and the pattern and material plan are prepared with you; the sample shown is a design reference and all dimensions are set for your project.

The ears are the design decision that carries the whole piece. We agree the drop length, how much they bend, whether they hang free or sit against the shell, and how they behave once the bag is filled and carried.
The rabbit panel and the shell are developed as two parts that meet cleanly. Panel size against the front pocket, the seam that joins them and the bow position are all checked on the first sample so the character does not look pressed flat.
Because this is a children’s item, strap length, adjuster type, small-part attachment and edge finishing are reviewed with the age group and destination market in mind. Tell us the target age, the size range you need and where the bags will be sold, and the construction and test plan are confirmed with you.
The image set shows a design-to-sample comparison, a styled scene and a three-view product rendering. They illustrate the concept and are not photographs of a delivered order; no size on the board is a confirmed specification.
Send artwork, a reference sample or a written brief with target market and quantity.
We confirm options, price and timing, then build the sample for your review.
