This is two products in one: a plain woven tote and a plush bear that hangs from a clip and opens into a small pouch of its own. We develop the tote proportions and handle length alongside the bear size, because the charm has to look intentional rather than added on. The clip, the bear’s opening and the way it folds back into shape are agreed before sampling. Send your artwork or reference piece and the material and pattern plan is prepared with you; fabric composition, reuse properties and any care instruction are confirmed for your project and are not established by the supplier wording in the reference images.

The charm and the tote have to look like one design, so scale is agreed first. We compare bear size against the tote face, then decide where the clip sits so the charm hangs at a natural height rather than sliding around.
A plush charm that opens into a pouch needs a lining and a closure that survive folding. We review the bear opening, the interior finish and how the piece returns to shape after the pouch has been used.
Tote construction is separate work: handle length, seam finish and how the bag sits when carried. Send the artwork, the tote size, the charm size you want and the destination market, and the construction and sample plan are confirmed with you. Material composition and any reuse or care claim are confirmed for your order, not assumed from the reference images.
The image set includes two styled photographs, a poster comparing the tote with the open bear pouch, and two supplier posters covering general customisation and process steps. The posters are supplier material, not evidence of a delivered order, and their claims are not treated as verified product facts.
Send artwork, a reference sample or a written brief with target market and quantity.
We confirm options, price and timing, then build the sample for your review.
