What makes this character read is the sculpted detail: striped horns, a row of scalloped frills down each side and a stitched mouth with individual teeth. Those parts are developed as pattern pieces rather than printed, so they hold their shape when the bag is filled and carried. We agree horn size, frill spacing and tooth height with you before sampling. Send artwork or a reference piece and the pattern is prepared with you; the pieces shown are references, and size, fabric and packing follow your project brief.

Sculpted parts drive the cost and the character at the same time. We agree how the horns are built, whether the frills are separate pieces or a folded band, and how much fill each needs to keep its edge.
The tooth line is small work that decides the expression. We check tooth height, spacing and the seam that closes the mouth so the shape stays crisp after stuffing rather than collapsing into a soft curve.
The body, straps and opening are then planned around those details so nothing gets flattened. Send the character, the sculpted parts you want, the size range and the destination market, and the construction and sample plan are confirmed with you.
The image set includes a three-view product arrangement, an indoor scene, a worn photograph and a design-to-sample board with printed badges. Printed badges are supplier marks and not certifications; the pieces shown are references, not a delivered order.
Send artwork, a reference sample or a written brief with target market and quantity.
We confirm options, price and timing, then build the sample for your review.
Your approved sample becomes the production reference for the bulk run.
