Create club and sports-team mascots from your approved artwork. We develop the character shape, kit colours, crest placement and finishing details with you, then confirm the sample before production. The crocodile shown illustrates this custom mascot service; dimensions, materials and packing follow your project brief.

The profile depends on the back ridge and the tail. During sampling we confirm how tail length and taper read from the side, and how the kit sits over the body.
Colour is split between the green body and the kit. Send the club colours and the chest artwork; colour references and the print or embroidery area are then confirmed on the sample.
Facial detail, the teeth and the kit trim are reviewed on the first sample before any bulk run.
The image set includes a design board that compares 2D artwork with a 3D render, a studio scene with sketches and fabric swatches, and a retail scene. They are design references for the character, not photographs of a delivered order.

Development Capabilities
Your reference becomes a sample you can approve, with the character details settled before anything is sewn.
- Starting points. Drawing, three-view, photo, 3D render or physical sample; a 3D render still needs a pattern.
- Character build. Ridged back, tail and open grin carried through the pattern, with kit colours keeping the shape readable.
- Materials and trims. Fabric, fill feel, standard eyes, garments, keyrings and labels matched; sounders assessed per project.
- Sample approval. Revision rounds, measured size and hand-feel checked with you before production.
Factory Strength
Manufacturing is coordinated from Dongguan, with partner steps named and one team accountable for the order.
- Dongguan coordination. One team plans the order; cutting, embroidery, sewing, filling, shaping and packing follow the approved sample.
- Agreed quality points. Appearance, colour, seams, fill, size and labels checked to the plan agreed for your project.
- Test coordination. CE, EN71, ASTM F963 or CPSIA arranged with a lab you accept, by product, age and market.
- Packing and shipping. Labels, carton marks and documents checked against the PI; DDP after duties confirmed.
