This bag is planned around a large head panel that carries the volume, with a long zip set down the back of the head so the face is never interrupted. The expression is the part customers respond to, so eyes, mouth and blush are placed and sized on a drawn panel before any fabric is cut. Outfit parts and straps are then developed to sit under that head without crowding it. Send a character drawing or reference and the pattern is prepared with you; the sample shown is a design reference, and size, fabric and packing follow your project brief.

Expression is placed before structure. We agree the eye spacing, the mouth curve and how much cheek colour to add, then check the same drawing at the finished size so the face does not look stretched once the head is filled.
The head panel and the body are cut from one pattern family, which keeps the proportion stable when the design is repeated across colours or several characters in a range.
Because the zip sits down the back of the head, the opening, lining and strap anchors share the same panel. We review how those three meet on the first sample so the bag opens without pulling the head out of shape. Send artwork, target size, intended use and destination, and the construction and sample plan are confirmed with you.
The image set shows a studio front and back view, a design board comparing artwork with a sample, and a styled interior scene. They are design references for this concept and not photographs of a delivered order; measurements drawn on the board are not confirmed specifications.
Send artwork, a reference sample or a written brief with target market and quantity.
We confirm options, price and timing, then build the sample for your review.
