Shaped cushions in a set are bought together, so consistency matters more than any single piece. We develop the cloud, star and moon outlines from your artwork, agree one surface texture and one face style across the range, and confirm a sample of each before production. The set shown illustrates this service; sizes, filling and packing follow your brief.

Each silhouette needs its own pattern, but the set only works if the three read at the same scale. We agree the relative sizes first, then the outline of each piece.
Corners are the weak point on star and moon shapes: the tip radius and the seam allowance decide whether they stay crisp after filling. Both are settled on the sample.
Face embroidery is positioned per shape rather than copied, so the expression sits correctly on a curved cloud and on a pointed star; stitch files are checked piece by piece.
Images show the cloud, star and moon cushions together with their working drawings and the set in use, plus a general colour and size reference. Shapes and sizes are confirmed per piece on your samples. These are design references for this style, not photographs of a delivered order.

Development Capabilities
Your reference becomes a sample you can approve, with the character details settled before anything is sewn.
- Starting points. Drawing, three-view, photo, 3D render or physical sample; a 3D render still needs a pattern.
- Shape build. Three silhouettes developed as one set, with scale, corner radius and per-shape face placement agreed on samples.
- Materials and trims. Fabric, fill feel, standard eyes, garments, keyrings and labels matched; sounders assessed per project.
- Sample approval. Revision rounds, measured size and hand-feel checked with you before production.
Factory Strength
Manufacturing is coordinated from Dongguan, with partner steps named and one team accountable for the order.
- Dongguan coordination. One team plans the order; cutting, embroidery, sewing, filling, shaping and packing follow the approved sample.
- Agreed quality points. Appearance, colour, seams, fill, size and labels checked to the plan agreed for your project.
- Test coordination. CE, EN71, ASTM F963 or CPSIA arranged with a lab you accept, by product, age and market.
- Packing and shipping. Labels, carton marks and documents checked against the PI; DDP after duties confirmed.
