Ranges are bought as sets, and a vegetable range only works if the pieces share a design language while staying individually recognisable. We develop each shape from your artwork, agree one face and foot treatment across the range, and confirm a sample of each before production. The vegetables shown illustrate this service; sizes, filling and packing follow your brief.

Each vegetable has a different top: leaves, husk and calyx. We agree how those pieces are built and attached, so they survive packing and still read from a shelf.
A shared face style keeps the range coherent. Eye and mouth size are scaled per body rather than copied, so the small carrot and the tall eggplant look like one family.
Greens vary between pieces. Colour matching across orange, yellow and purple bodies with the same green tops is checked on one sample set before bulk.
Images show the carrot, corn and eggplant together and as a desk set with their drawings, plus general references for colour, size and accessories. Each shape is confirmed on its own sample. These are design references for this style, not photographs of a delivered order.

Development Capabilities

- Shape build. Range-consistent face and foot treatment with per-shape tops developed across the set.
- Materials and trims. Fabric, fill feel, standard eyes, garments, keyrings and labels matched; sounders assessed per project.
- Sample approval. Revision rounds, measured size and hand-feel checked with you before production.
Factory Strength
Manufacturing is coordinated from Dongguan, with partner steps named and one team accountable for the order.
- Dongguan coordination. One team plans the order; cutting, embroidery, sewing, filling, shaping and packing follow the approved sample.
- Agreed quality points. Appearance, colour, seams, fill, size and labels checked to the plan agreed for your project.
- Test coordination. CE, EN71, ASTM F963 or CPSIA arranged with a lab you accept, by product, age and market.
- Packing and shipping. Labels, carton marks and documents checked against the PI; DDP after duties confirmed.
