Product Details
A seat cushion has to hold its shape under a person, which makes the internal structure as important as the outline. We develop your flower or round design, agree the petal construction, the centre panel and the fabric, and confirm a sample before production. The corduroy cushion shown illustrates this service; size, filling and packing follow your brief.

Petal construction is a choice we make with you: separate padded petals and a single gathered panel give different looks and different seat feel, so both are assessed against how the cushion will be used and the option is confirmed on the sample.
The centre panel is usually a different fabric. We agree its diameter, the seam line and how the two textures meet, so the transition sits flat under weight.
Corduroy has a direction. Cutting every petal with the pile running the same way keeps the colour even; cut direction and seam allowance are confirmed on the sample.
Images show the seat cushion in four colours and on two chairs, with general references for colour, size and accessories. Firmness and fill are confirmed for your project. These are design references for this style, not photographs of a delivered order.

Development Capabilities

- Starting points. Drawing, three-view, photo, 3D render or physical sample; a 3D render still needs a pattern.
- Shape build. Petal construction, centre panel diameter and pile direction assessed with you and confirmed on the sample.
- Materials and trims. Fabric, fill feel, standard eyes, garments, keyrings and labels matched; sounders assessed per project.
- Sample approval. Revision rounds, measured size and hand-feel checked with you before production.
Factory Strength

- Dongguan coordination. One team plans the order; cutting, embroidery, sewing, filling, shaping and packing follow the approved sample.

- Test coordination. CE, EN71, ASTM F963 or CPSIA arranged with a lab you accept, by product, age and market.
