Product Details

This case is built in an upright pose, which means the body has to hold its shape without becoming rigid. We develop the posture, the head-to-body ratio, the zip channel down the back and a padded lining inside, then check on the sample how the case holds itself and how much stationery it takes. The reference pieces vary in colour and ear shapes, which is useful if you want a small range from one pattern. Send your animal idea or artwork and the pattern is prepared with you; the pieces shown are references and the final size, capacity, fabric and packing follow your brief.

Use Case Retail

An upright case has to hold a pose, so the base and the body panel do more work than the decoration. We agree the base width and the amount of fill in the lower body, and confirm on the sample whether it stands unaided or leans inside a bag.

The zip runs the full length of the back, which sets the usable depth. We check how the tape is turned into the back seam and how far the case opens, then measure what it actually holds on the sample rather than assuming a pencil set fits.

The padded lining and the hang loop are the two details most likely to be skipped in a cheap build. We confirm the lining thickness and how the loop is anchored so both survive daily use. Send the animal, the capacity you need and the destination market, and the construction and sample plan are confirmed with you.

The image set includes annotated supplier photos with drawn measurements and a design-to-sample board. The annotations and any capacity note in the images are supplier references, not confirmed specifications; size and capacity are set on your approved sample.
