Custom sheep plush backpack with a curly fleece body, smooth dark face and ears, hanging limbs and w…
A two-material animal backpack: a smooth dark face and ears against a curly fleece body, carried on webbing straps. We develop the material split, the ear structure and the dangling limbs as one design decision.

The character here comes from contrast rather than detail: a matte face and ears set against a textured fleece body, with soft limbs hanging below. We develop how the two materials meet at the neck and sides, how the fleece pile behaves at the seam, and how the ears are structured to stay upright. Send your animal idea, artwork or reference photo and the materials and pattern are planned with you. The piece shown is a design reference; pile, colour and size are confirmed for your project, and only the visible fabric effect is described.

Mixing a textured body with a smooth face is the main technical decision. We check how the fleece pile sits at the neck seam, whether the face panel needs a backing layer to stay flat, and how the two materials age against each other at the edges.
The ears carry a lot of the character and are the part most likely to droop. We agree whether they are stiffened, how they attach at the head, and how far they project so they read from the front without folding over the face.
Hanging limbs change how the bag sits when worn. We review length, fill and attachment so the legs swing without pulling the body out of shape. Send the animal, the material direction, the size range and the destination market, and the construction and sample plan are confirmed with you.
The image set includes a design-to-sample board with printed badges, two worn photographs showing the straps, and a styled scene. Printed badges in the images are supplier marks and not certifications; the pieces shown are references, not a delivered order.
