Product Details

This teddy sample is a classic upright bear: a large round head, short limbs and a jacket that carries the brand. The body stays deliberately simple so the garment and the chest crest do most of the identifying work. Dimensions, materials and packing follow your project brief.

Use Case Brand merchandise

A curled pile changes how the face reads, so muzzle and eye positions are set on the sample rather than on the drawing alone. The head is the largest single shape, and the join behind the muzzle is reviewed for how completely it disappears into the pile.

The jacket carries the brand, and the sample is where its fit is decided: how collar, cuffs and hem sit once the body is filled, which fastening closes the front, and whether the garment is fixed or can be taken off.

The chest crest is the brand position. It can be woven or embroidered, and size, density and placement are agreed against the placket line so the artwork stays upright and legible at the scale the jacket allows. Artwork on the sample is a placeholder for your own mark.

The image set includes a design board that compares 2D artwork with a 3D render, a plain three-view, a design-studio scene with fabric and trim boards, and a model holding the sample. They are design references for the character, not photographs of a delivered order. The crest and lettering shown are placeholders, not evidence of a client programme.

    Development Capabilities

Your reference becomes a sample you can approve, with the character details settled before anything is sewn.

    1. Starting points. Drawing, three-view, photo, 3D render or physical sample; a 3D render still needs a pattern.
    2. Character build. Head shape, curled pile behaviour and jacket fit reviewed on the sample, with the chest crest aligned to the placket.
    3. Materials and trims. Fabric, fill feel, standard eyes, garments, keyrings and labels matched; sounders assessed per project.
    4. Sample approval. Revision rounds, measured size and hand-feel checked with you before production.
