Travel neck pillows are judged by the opening, the balance of the two arms and how the character reads from the front and the side. We develop your unicorn or animal design as a shaped cushion, agree the plush surface and the embroidery placement, and confirm a sample before production. The U opening and the height of the two arms are set from your drawing, then checked on the first sample together with the taper at the ends, so the proportions match how the pillow will be carried.
The horn and ears are the parts that most often change between artwork and plush. We agree their size, attachment and firmness at sampling so the character still reads in profile.
Surface colour and face stitching are reviewed together: a patterned or tie-dye surface changes how embroidered eyes and cheeks sit, so colour references and stitch placement are confirmed before bulk.

Development Capabilities

- Starting points. Drawing, three-view, photo, 3D render or physical sample; a 3D render still needs a pattern.
- Shape build. U opening, horn and ear proportions set from your artwork, with the surface pattern and face stitching agreed on the sample.
- Materials and trims. Fabric, fill feel, standard eyes, garments, keyrings and labels matched; sounders assessed per project.
