These pencil cases are developed as soft animal bodies with a zip running along the back, so the stationery opening stays out of the way of the face. We plan the head and muzzle, the limb placement, the fabric pile and the zip length together, because a case that opens cleanly needs the right body width behind the zip. Send your animal idea, artwork or a reference piece and the pattern is drawn up with you. The animals shown form a reference series, not a fixed range; sizes, fabrics and packing follow your brief.

The animal and the opening compete for the same body, so proportion is settled first. We agree how tall the body stands, how far the head projects and how much flat panel the zip needs before the shape is committed.
Fabric choice changes how the animal reads. A short pile keeps the face crisp and the seams tidy, while a velvet-touch surface softens the outline; swatches are compared before sampling so the pile suits the design.
Capacity, zip length and the interior finish follow what the case will hold, from a handful of pens to a full pencil set. Tell us the animal, the capacity you need and the market the cases are sold in, and the construction, materials and sample plan are confirmed with you.
The image set shows a multi-animal reference series, single-animal product views and a design-to-sample comparison. They illustrate the concept; printed claims and dimensions visible inside the images are not confirmed specifications for your order.
