Long animal cushions sit between a plush and a body pillow, so proportion decides how they are used. We develop your animal from artwork, agree the upright posture, the head size, the tail and the surface, and confirm a sample before production. The animals shown illustrate this service; size, filling and packing follow your brief.

The body is a long tube with a head on top, so fill balance matters. Chamber options and a weighted base can be assessed with you and the choice confirmed on the sample, not assumed from the pictured reference.
Head size drives the character. We set the head-to-body ratio from your drawing and check it on the sample, because a small change reads very differently at full length.
Details such as back plates or a tail are separate pieces. Their attachment and firmness are agreed at sampling so they survive handling and packing.
Images show the dinosaur, dog and cat cushions together and as a desk set with their drawings, plus general references for colour, size and accessories. Proportions are confirmed on your samples. These are design references for this style, not photographs of a delivered order.

Development Capabilities

- Shape build. Fill balance along a long body, head-to-body ratio and applied details assessed with you and confirmed on the sample.
- Materials and trims. Fabric, fill feel, standard eyes, garments, keyrings and labels matched; sounders assessed per project.
- Sample approval. Revision rounds, measured size and hand-feel checked with you before production.

- Dongguan coordination. One team plans the order; cutting, embroidery, sewing, filling, shaping and packing follow the approved sample.

- Test coordination. CE, EN71, ASTM F963 or CPSIA arranged with a lab you accept, by product, age and market.
