A vegetable character needs two things at once: a silhouette that reads as the vegetable, and a face that gives it personality. We develop your onion or produce design as a shaped plush, agree the sprout, the feet and the face stitching, and confirm a sample before production. The onion shown illustrates the service; size, filling and packing follow your project.

The bulb is a round body with a narrow neck, so we agree where the neck sits and how the sprout is attached; a sprout that is too heavy tips the character forward.
Pile direction changes the look of a plain body. We check how the plush is cut and brushed so the surface reads evenly and long fibres do not blur the face.
Small feet give the plush a stable base and a clear front. Foot shape, stitching and position are confirmed together with the face on the first sample.
Images show the onion plush from three angles, in hand and on a workbench with its artwork, alongside general references for colour, size and accessories. Details are confirmed on your sample. These are design references for this style, not photographs of a delivered order.
