Food-shaped cushions depend on a convincing silhouette: the pleats on top, the weight of the base and the way the surface catches light. We develop your bun or bakery design as a shaped plush cushion, agree the fabric direction and the colour options, and check a sample before production. The steamed bun shown is a reference for this service; dimensions, filling and packing follow your brief.

The pleats carry the whole idea. We agree how many pleats there are, how deep they run and whether they are stitched or gathered, because that decision controls how round the cushion reads from above.
Base weight matters as much as the top: a cushion that rolls or slumps loses the bun silhouette. Fill amount and the base panel are options we assess with you and confirm on the sample, rather than judge from a picture.
If the bun belongs to a food range, colour and size steps are agreed across the range together, so the pieces sit consistently on a shelf or in a photo set.

Development Capabilities
Your reference becomes a sample you can approve, with the character details settled before anything is sewn.
- Starting points. Drawing, three-view, photo, 3D render or physical sample; a 3D render still needs a pattern.
- Shape build. Pleat count, pleat depth and base weight developed together so the bun silhouette holds in use.
- Materials and trims. Fabric, fill feel, standard eyes, garments, keyrings and labels matched; sounders assessed per project.
- Sample approval. Revision rounds, measured size and hand-feel checked with you before production.
Factory Strength
Manufacturing is coordinated from Dongguan, with partner steps named and one team accountable for the order.
- Dongguan coordination. One team plans the order; cutting, embroidery, sewing, filling, shaping and packing follow the approved sample.

- Test coordination. CE, EN71, ASTM F963 or CPSIA arranged with a lab you accept, by product, age and market.
